I returned an Autel MaxiCheck MX900 once because I ordered the wrong one. As long as it's not damaged and all the parts are there, it was pretty straightforward for me. They do have a specific policy for opened items though, check their site.

Yeah, if you open it, there might be a restocking fee or something. Better read their official policy before you commit. I haven't done it myself, but that's typical for electronics.

Nah, they sell the global versions. All my Autel tools from them came with full English support and US region settings. Never had an issue registering them either.
